What data

Only data you actively enter via the contact or review form: name, city/town (optional), email address, optionally a phone number and your message or review. When you submit a form, technical information such as your IP address may also be processed to prevent spam and abuse. This website places no tracking or analytics cookies.

Purpose

• To respond to your request.
• To review and, where appropriate, publish a submitted review.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Processing and hosting

This website is hosted with Netlify. Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms: your message is emailed to Opgelost! and securely stored in Netlify's protected environment so that requests are not lost. Netlify acts as a processor. As Netlify is a US-based company, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; appropriate safeguards apply, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For spam prevention the forms use a technical check via a hidden field; no cookies are placed for this.

Retention

Data is not kept longer than necessary, with a maximum of 12 months after last contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention. Submissions stored in Netlify's environment are deleted periodically.

Reviews

Reviews are checked personally before publication. Email addresses are never published. To have a review changed or removed, email info@klus-opgelost.nl.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to processing. Send requests to info@klus-opgelost.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page.
