Who is responsible

What data is collected

This website only collects data you actively enter yourself:

• Contact form: name, email address, optionally a phone number, type of job and your message.
• Review form: name, email address, rating (stars) and your comment.

No tracking or analytics cookies are placed without first asking for consent.

Why this data is collected

This data is used solely to:

• get in touch with you about your request or task list;
• review a submitted review and, if appropriate, publish it (with your name and comment) on the reviews page;
• comply with any legal obligations, such as record-keeping requirements.

How your message is sent

Forms on this site are processed via Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the message directly to Opgelost!'s email address without storing the data itself in a customer portal owned by Opgelost!. See Web3Forms' own website for more information about their privacy practices.

Retention period

Data from the contact or review form is not kept for longer than necessary to handle your request or maintain the customer relationship, with a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required (for example, the Dutch 7-year tax record-keeping obligation).

Reviews

A submitted review is reviewed personally before being published (with the first and last name as provided) on the website. The email address provided with a review is never published. Want a published review updated or removed later? Email info@opgelost.nl.

Sharing with third parties

Data is never sold and is only shared with third parties where necessary for providing the service (such as Web3Forms for sending forms) or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted. You can also object to the processing and you have the right to data portability. Requests can be sent to info@opgelost.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Appropriate technical measures are taken to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and other unwanted handling of personal data.
